The Position: Account Executive
As an Account Executive at Packaging HERO, you will play a crucial role in driving our business forward by managing and growing client relationships. Expectations:

  • Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong, long-lasting relationships with clients by understanding their needs and providing tailored packaging solutions.
  • Sales Targets: Meet and exceed sales targets by identifying new business opportunities and expanding existing accounts.
  • Customer Service: Deliver exceptional customer service throughout the sales process, ensuring client satisfaction and addressing issues promptly.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with our internal teams to ensure that client requirements are met, and projects are delivered on time.
  • Reporting: Prepare regular reports on sales activities, client interactions, and market feedback to inform strategic decisions.
  • Negotiation: Negotiate contracts and pricing with clients to secure profitable deals while maintaining strong client relationships.
  • Problem-Solving: Address and resolve any client concerns or issues, ensuring a positive experience and fostering long-term loyalty.
  • Continuous Improvement: Seek opportunities for professional development and stay updated on the latest packaging innovations and sales techniques.

Requirements:
  • Proven Experience: A minimum of 3 years of experience in B2B sales or account management, preferably in the packaging or a related industry.
  • Strong Communication Skills: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and internal teams.
  • Customer-Focused: A strong commitment to providing exceptional customer service and the ability to understand and meet client needs.
  • Negotiation Skills: Proven ability to negotiate contracts and close deals successfully.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills to address client challenges and provide effective solutions.
  • Team Collaboration: Ability to work collaboratively with design, production, and other internal teams to deliver customized packaging solutions.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and results-oriented approach with the ability to work independently and manage multiple accounts.
  • Industry Knowledge: Familiarity with the latest trends and innovations in the packaging industry is a plus.
