Job Title: Business development Manager – Packaging Solutions

What You’ll Do:
As a Sales Representative, you will play a crucial role in driving new business and expanding our customer base. You'll be responsible for generating leads, making cold calls, and building strong relationships within the territory. Your day will include:
- Making 6 to 7 cold calls to potential clients per day
- Sending 20 targeted emails and making 20 phone calls to follow up on leads
- Driving insight into processes across your territory with around 250 process insights
- Meeting and exceeding monthly quotas for acquiring new accounts
What We’re Looking For:
To succeed in this role, you should have:
- At least 2 years of proven sales experience (preferably in corrugated, packaging)
- Strong written and oral communication skills
- An extroverted, outgoing personality with a natural drive to connect with people
- A competitive nature (background in competitive sports is a plus!)
- Highly self-motivated and dedicated to continuous self-improvement
