- Participer aux activités de dotation (attraction, processus d’entrevues, embauche, accueil et intégration, affichage interne etc) ;
- Participer au volet relation de travail avec les Syndicats en place ;
- Agir comme personne-ressource pour les employés ;
- Assister les gestionnaires dans l’application de la convention collective ;
- Participer à l’organisation et à la planification des activités sociales de l’entreprise ;
- Participer aux appels conférences avec le siège social ;
- Promouvoir la prévention en santé et sécurité du travail ;
- Accomplir toute autre tâche connexe.
