GENERAL PURPOSE: Pull and set up rolls of paper for the sheeter.
ESSENTIAL JOB FUNCTIONS:
- Pulls rolls of paper for sheeter.
- Runs sheeter when lead operator is absent.
- Unloads trucks with clamp truck and receives the order in the system when required.
- Delivers rolls of paper to the sheeter when required.
- Maintains machine and general area to ensure 5S policies are followed.
- Manages roll waste and recyclables in the proper areas.
- Ensures sheeter has empty pallets loaded for sheeted stock.
- Unloads completed pallets from sheeter, bands, Refs, wraps, and stages pallets when required.
- Operate a forklift
- Performs other job duties as assigned.
QUALIFICATIONS:
- Must have high school diploma or G.E.D.
- Must be able to pass a basic reading test.
- Experience driving a forklift and clamp truck preferred.
- Must be able to maintain good attendance.
- Must be willing to work overtime as needed.
- Must be able to perform all essential functions of this job with or without reasonable accommodation.
- Must be able to lift 50 Ibs frequently
